LOCATION

The medieval village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens is a 15-minute bike ride through the vineyards.
The Les Arcs-Draguignan train station is 4 km to drive (direct trains from Nice and Paris - AVIS rental agency on-site), Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 40 minutes to drive, and the first beaches are less than 30 minutes away.

The picturesque village of Lorgues with its selection of restaurants is only 20 minutes by car.
Callas, Fayence, Bagnols, Grimaud and many more are also worth a visit and for golfers, the spectacular Saint-Endreol golf course (La Motte) is just 10 minutes to drive.
Wine lovers will also find plenty to enjoy: besides Château Sainte Roseline, Château Font du Broc, Château de Berne, Château d’Esclan (LVMH), Château Saint Esprit, and many others, are just minutes away.

BEDROOMS

The villa includes four bedrooms spread across two floors. Three of the bedrooms have double beds (180cm) and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with AC for added comfort. The fourth bedroom features a double bed (140cm) and shares access to a separate bathroom. The top floor room also has an en-suite mezzanine with an extra single bed (90 cm/child)

THE VILLA

The property consists of two houses, including a two-hundred-year-old bastide rich in period architectural details. The house is designed to maximize natural light with spacious open living areas that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The layout features generous living spaces offering a perfect balance of peace and privacy. Exposed wooden beams enhance the modern white décor and vintage furniture, creating a serene and calming atmosphere.

The two houses are seamlessly connected by a central kitchen, while each house offers its own living area and two studies, allowing guests to work while friends and family enjoy the pool.

The indoor dining room has direct access to the large terrace overlooking the garden. There are two outdoor dining spaces across the two large terraces which give choice and space for breakfast in the shade or having a late drink when others are already asleep.
One of the terraces enjoys pine tree shade with space for secluded yoga practice.

By choice, the house is without TV, for tranquility, to give guests an opportunity to relax and enjoy our carefully selected artworks and the environment.

POOL & GARDEN

The garden spanning over one and a half hectares (fully fenced) is carefully landscaped with typical green oak trees, cypress, so-called pins parasols, oleanders, lavenders and hundreds of other species supporting a thriving garden of Provence.

The large mosaic pool, saltwater treated, is surrounded by a generous natural stone terrace. Loungers and sunbeds welcome sunbathing enthusiasts. Umbrellas and several shaded areas will delight those who enjoy warmth but prefer to avoid direct sunlight.

The garden offers multiple terraces, lounge areas, and a boule court.
